Patients are responsible for all fees associated with their treatment. For patients who have dental insurance, we estimate the expected insurance payment and ask for payment of the expected remaining balance at the time of service (unless other arrangements have been made).
We ask that your first visit be paid in full. Your insurance will reimburse you directly. Thereafter all fees that are not expected to be covered by insurance are due at the time of service.
We accept most standard forms of insurance, but we are independent of them.
A $45.00 processing fee will be billed for returned checks or insufficient funds.
Any outstanding balance (including insurance claims) will incur a finance charge of 12% annually (1% per month) after 90 days.
A Word About Insurance
We have been independent of dental insurance affiliations since 1999. Dental insurance can be a wonderful benefit, but it is more focused on immediate needs than on best long-term care. We are committed to providing our patients with treatment options irrespective of insurance restrictions (see more).
